The prices for the procedures listed on this website include:

• Facility fee
• Surgeon fee
• Anesthesiologist fee

Except where otherwise indicated, the prices do not include:

• Initial consult with the surgeon
• Follow up care with surgeon
• Diagnotic studies necessary before the procedure to include:
  • Lab work
  • Diagnostic imaging to include X-ray and MRI
  • Additional consults to determine medical risk management,physical therapy and rehabilitation
  • Specialty hardware or implants necessary for completion of this procedure. This information will be provided to the patient subsequent to the surgical consult, but prior to the surgery
  • Pharmaceuticals associated with the recovery from the procedure once the patient has left the surgical center

The prices listed are non-negotiable and are available to those who pay the entire amount in advance. Because these prices are for self pay patients only, payment of these prices in advance of a procedure cannot be counted against a patient’s insurance deductible. If you choose to have a claim filed, either for private insurance or government insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) the quoted cash rate does not apply to you. The cash prices offered on this site are possible because advance payment eliminates 1) the expense of processing claims and 2) the risk of non-payment of fees.
